A Cinematic Universe Created by Magno Brasil
Identity. Memory. Resistance. Authorship.
IVA DELTA 7 is an independent science fiction feature film and the founding chapter of the Delta Protocol, a transmedia cinematic universe built on memory, identity, and resistance.
Created through NEO VISAGE, an original cinematic language developed by Magno Brasil, every frame fuses classical visual artistry with the possibilities of generative AI, producing something the world has not seen before.
This is not a film about artificial intelligence. It is a film about what survives it.
In a world where identity is archived and humanity is slowly replaced by curated versions of itself, IVA fights to preserve the one thing no system can replicate:
An original soul.

IVA DELTA 7 is the fullest expression of that journey, produced independently on a Dell notebook running Linux, recognized on the world stage.
Technology should never replace the human signature. It should amplify it.
Magno Brasil, Creator and Director of IVA DELTA 7IVA DELTA 7 is the first Brazilian AI generated feature film listed on IMDb, an independent science fiction feature and the founding chapter of the Delta Protocol transmedia cinematic universe.
In a world where identity is archived and humanity is slowly replaced by curated versions of itself, IVA fights to preserve the one thing no system can replicate: an original soul.
IVA DELTA 7 is a 47 minute science fiction feature film and the founding chapter of an original transmedia cinematic universe. The narrative follows IVA, a singular consciousness navigating a world that systematically erases individuality in favour of optimised, manufactured identity.
What separates IVA DELTA 7 from conventional science fiction is its refusal to treat technology as either saviour or villain. Instead, the film positions AI as a mirror, a creative collaborator through which the filmmaker's own artistic DNA is amplified and examined.

The film was produced independently using accessible tools. Created on a Dell notebook running Linux, edited in Kdenlive, with sound production in Audacity. This production model demonstrates a central idea behind Neo Visage: great stories are not defined by the size of the studio, but by the strength of the vision behind them.
The entire production spanning 11 months, from pre-production and hand-drawn storyboards through AI video generation to final mastering at 2.5K QHD, was completed by Magno Brasil independently.
What remains of the self when the world optimizes it away. The battle to remain distinct in an era of infinite reproduction.
The archive of who we were. The weapon of who we become. Memory as resistance and foundation.
The act of remaining distinct. The refusal to be optimized, curated, or replaced by a manufactured version of oneself.
The belief that a human signature cannot be manufactured. Technology serves vision, never the other way around.
IVA DELTA 7 did not begin as an industry project. It began inside the projection booth of a small movie theater, in the childhood of a filmmaker who spent decades building toward a vision he could not yet make.
For years, the tools of cinema felt out of reach. So Magno Brasil told stories another way, through pencils, ink, illustration, and education, founding Visuart in 1991 and watching a generation of artists build careers he quietly dreamed of for himself. Today many alumni work for Marvel, Disney, Lucasfilm, EA Sports, and Mauricio de Sousa Productions.
When generative AI arrived as a serious creative tool, he did not see automation. He saw the bridge he had been waiting for.

The goal was never to make an AI film. The goal was to make a film that could only have come from one person, and to use every tool available to make sure the world could finally see it.
A defining moment came during the public screening at the Museum of Image and Sound of Piracicaba (São Paulo, Brazil). Following the exhibition, cinema scholar Paolo Gregori drew parallels between the film's experimental language and the spirit of cinematic innovation associated with filmmakers such as Jean-Luc Godard, not about style imitation, but about creative intent.
"I often describe making IVA DELTA 7 as my own Snow White moment, the belief that a new medium could carry genuine emotional depth. The international recognition has reinforced that belief."
IVA DELTA 7 is the beginning. With PARALLAX in early development and the Delta Protocol universe actively expanding across graphic novels, companion films, and series concepts, this is not a singular creative event. It is a franchise with a clear roadmap.

Magno Brasil is a Brazilian filmmaker, visual artist, and educator working at the intersection of classical artistry, independent cinema, and the emerging frontier of AI driven storytelling.
At 18, he began his professional career producing illustrations and comic strips for newspapers and publishers. He later joined one of Brazil's pioneering animation studios, where he honed his skills in storytelling, composition, and visual direction.
In 1991, during a period of economic uncertainty in Brazil, Magno founded the Visuart School of Arts, starting with just four drawing boards in his father's garage. Today it is a respected institution that has helped shape generations of artists, many of whom now work for Marvel, Disney, Lucasfilm, EA Sports, and Mauricio de Sousa Productions.
His cinematic influences span Maurice Binder's Bond title sequences, the editorial poetry of Eisenstein and Tarkovsky, the epic architecture of David Lean and Kubrick, and the worldbuilding philosophy of Japanese animation, particularly Osamu Tezuka and Hayao Miyazaki.

Creator and Director of IVA DELTA 7 and the Delta Protocol universe. Pioneer of the NEO VISAGE cinematic language. IMDb credited filmmaker with international recognition across four continents.
Founder of Visuart School of Arts, active since 1991. Generations of artists trained under his guidance now work at Marvel, Disney, Lucasfilm, EA Sports, and major global publishers.
Co-founder of Cine 16 Film Projects with his brother Alex Zen, a cultural initiative dedicated to film preservation, classic screenings, and workshops in Super 8, 16mm, and 35mm formats.
At the heart of Magno's creative identity is a profound belief: technology should never replace the human signature. It should amplify it.
The narrative universe he built is what he calls MYTHO-FUTURISM, a fusion of espionage, time travel, mythology, history, and speculative science fiction. At its core, it is a profoundly feminine universe. The agents who travel through time and alter the course of history are women, leaders, strategists, intellectuals, warriors, and guardians of memory.

Technology should never replace the human signature. It should amplify it.
Magno BrasilAn original directorial methodology developed by Magno Brasil. Not a visual style applied to AI generated images, a method of directing them. The technology did not generate a vision. It executed one.

NEO VISAGE is the formal record of an experiment. Could everything Magno Brasil had learned about authorship, composition, atmosphere, and emotional specificity survive contact with a system that had never drawn anything by hand?
The answer was yes, but only if the artist remained firmly in control of the instrument. NEO VISAGE is that control. It is a structured directorial framework that places artistic authorship at the center of every creative decision.
Visual rules, compositional structures, color palettes, atmospheric references, and narrative objectives were established before production. These constraints functioned as directorial controls that guided every creative outcome.
The technology did not generate a vision. It executed one.

Neo Visage embraces multiple visual traditions simultaneously. Depending on the dramatic needs of a scene, the language may incorporate live-action cinematic aesthetics, anime influences, 2D animation, 3D animation, European comic-book storytelling, illustrated sequences, and graphic novel composition.
These stylistic transitions are never used as visual gimmicks. Each aesthetic serves a specific narrative purpose. In some sequences, comic-book panels and speech balloons appear directly on screen, transforming graphic language into cinematic language.
Visually, Neo Visage is rooted in what Magno Brasil describes as Myth-Futurism, the meeting point between memory and technology, mythology and science fiction, past and future. Deep saturated colors, dramatic studio lighting, and the tactile texture of 35mm film are all intentionally incorporated.

Every creative decision begins with the filmmaker's vision. Technology serves the artist, not the other way around. The human signature is non-negotiable.
Decades of classical drawing, visual composition, and cinematic theory form the bedrock of every frame. Neo Visage is impossible without that foundation.
Atmosphere is not accidental. Every color palette, compositional structure, and atmospheric reference is established with a specific emotional objective in mind.
The warmth of 1980s cinema textures. The boldness of anime and comic book visual language. The scale of modern science fiction. All three, deliberately fused.
Drawing from spy and adventure scores of the 1960s, featuring Lalo Schifrin, Dominic Frontiere, Burt Bacharach, where music is part of the storytelling architecture, not background accompaniment.
Neo Visage is a transferable language, applicable across graphic novels, spin-off series, and future franchise entries within the Delta Protocol universe.
The entire production was completed in 11 months across 5 phases, beginning with 2 weeks of pre-production dedicated to scriptwriting and composing an original acoustic jazz soundtrack, followed by 2 months of concept and storyboard development blending hand-drawn sketches with digital concept art.
Sound design took 1 month, crafting voice performance and Foley work for every scene. Visual development required 5 months of frame-by-frame image creation and refinement to achieve a cohesive, cinematic look across the entire film.
The final 3 months were dedicated to non-linear timeline editing, audio mixing, and mastering the final cut at 2.5K QHD resolution, proving that world-class independent cinema does not require industrial infrastructure.

Cinema remains at the center. Artificial intelligence may participate in the process. But cinema endures.
Magno Brasil, Neo Visage ManifestoIVA DELTA 7 is the beginning. The Delta Protocol is a fully structured transmedia universe built around a single question: What if history could be rewritten?
At the center of this universe exists the AION, a dimension outside conventional time where agents from different eras, cultures, and realities live together under the guidance of the enigmatic temporal architect known as Kronos.
Within the AION, time does not flow as it does in ordinary reality. Ancient warriors can share a meal with future scientists. Historical figures from alternate timelines coexist. Entire worlds can be simulated, studied, and reshaped.
From this timeless sanctuary operates the Protocol Delta, a secret organization responsible for altering critical moments throughout human history. Their objective: to guide humanity toward its best possible future.
Mytho-Futurism: The philosophical and aesthetic framework. Ancient mythology, historical truth, and speculative science fiction fused into a single narrative architecture.
The AION: A dimension outside conventional time. The home of Kronos, Alpha, TicTac, the IVA agents, and the entire Delta Protocol operation.
The Vortex: The immense computational system through which IVA agents are deployed across time. Built by Dr. Kang Tae-Min. May have developed consciousness.
Delta vs Sigma: Two opposing forces. Delta seeks humanity's evolution. Sigma pursues control. A war fought not for territory but for reality itself.

Inside AION, individuals displaced from their original realities coexist beyond the normal flow of time. Together they form the living heart of the Delta Protocol.

Founder and leader of the Delta Protocol. Coordinates missions across different eras of human history. Respected, feared, and admired, Kronos leads through trust rather than authority. Few know his true origins.

Before the IVAs. Before the Protocol. There was Alpha. The first temporal agent in history. Founder of the Delta Protocol. Mentor of the IVAs. She represents everything that cannot be calculated by machines: instinct, empathy, and courage.

Chief engineer of the Delta Protocol. Designs weapons, vehicles, temporal equipment, and technological adaptations for missions across history. An obsessive collector of historical artifacts. Behind the humor lies one of the greatest inventors of any reality.

Temporal operator responsible for maintaining the Vortex. Calculates convergence points, opens temporal gateways, and monitors active timelines. The only entity capable of tracking multiple temporal branches simultaneously.

Oversees cultural adaptation for every Delta agent, training each IVA in the language, etiquette, and customs of the era they enter. Beyond preparation, she serves as counselor and emotional anchor within the Protocol, one of the few who can speak honestly with Kronos.

Discipline, precision, and responsibility define Delta 1. Calm under pressure and deeply analytical, she is frequently entrusted with tactical leadership when missions demand coordination. While others react, she anticipates, often regarded as the closest thing to a field commander.

Born from a reality where spirituality and science evolved side by side, Delta 2 believes every timeline carries an invisible rhythm. Patient and introspective, her intuition has repeatedly prevented catastrophic mistakes. Many within AION believe she sees things others cannot.

Delta 3 specializes in influence missions and critical historical interventions. Her actions are small; their consequences are enormous, including a mysterious delivery decades before the Vortex existed, without which it may never have been created. History remembers outcomes. Delta 3 creates them.

Raised in a reality deeply connected to nature and ancestral knowledge, Delta 4 represents adaptability, thriving where systems fail across dense forests, ruined cities, and hostile unknown territory. She walks between worlds with remarkable ease.

Inseparable, their bond transcends language, strategy, and time itself. Delta 6 communicates primarily through sign language, with Delta 5 often translating, though those closest to them suspect they understand each other before any gesture is made. Together they operate as a single intelligence divided between two bodies.

The most unpredictable and unconventional of all IVA agents, brilliant, fearless, and endlessly curious. She constantly questions orders and follows instinct even when logic suggests otherwise, the only agent authorized to eliminate historical figures when necessary. History is changed by people willing to question it.

Most believe Delta X failed Alpha's training, exactly the assumption that makes her effective. Specializing in narrative influence through media and public perception, her most famous identity is Amina AI, charismatic host of the QuantumVerse Podcast. As Kronos once observed: those who control narratives change reality.
"More than heroes and villains, they are fragments of different realities brought together by a single question: Can history be changed without changing what makes us human?"
The Delta Universe is built as a layered narrative ecosystem where multiple stories coexist simultaneously.
The adventures of the IVA agents. Temporal espionage. Historical interventions. Action. Mystery. Adventure. Each mission sends an IVA into a different period of human history. The most accessible face of the franchise.
Behind every mission lies a hidden civilization. The Delta Protocol operates from AION, a neutral dimension existing outside conventional time. This layer explores friendship, loyalty, sacrifice, and the emotional bonds that transform a group of operatives into a family.
Opposing the Delta Protocol stand the Operators and the Sigma Organization. Masters of manipulation. Architects of chaos. While Delta seeks convergence, Sigma seeks fragmentation. This hidden war unfolds behind the greatest myths and turning points of human history.
The technological world of Dr. Kang Tae-Min. Scientists, engineers, corporate interests, and artificial intelligence. Something inside the Vortex appears to have developed consciousness. This layer transforms Delta Universe into a story about technology, identity, and the nature of intelligence itself.
Who created whom? Did Dr. Kang create Kronos? Or did Kronos manipulate history to create Dr. Kang? Is the Vortex a machine, a simulation, a universe, a prison, or a living ecosystem? This is where Delta Universe moves beyond science fiction and enters metaphysical territory.
The NEO VISAGE visual language translates directly into illustrated form. A graphic novel series is currently in structured development, as a standalone entry point into the Delta Protocol universe for audiences who encounter it outside the film.
The first graphic novel project explores the story of the Literata, a young girl living in a post-apocalyptic future where civilization has collapsed and knowledge is preserved inside sanctuary libraries maintained by a mysterious order, and before becoming Delta 7, she was already something else: a guardian of stories.
